Are you ready to start your virtual lunch, happy hour, or coffee? The first step is to get your Zoom video link. We’ve included step-by-step instructions below on how to do just that. Once you’ve got it setup and a time/date nailed down, submit your Virtual Hangout Here and we’ll help you get people there. With Zoom Sign in to the Zoom web portal. Click Meetings, and click Schedule A New Meeting. Select the meeting options. Click Save to finish. Select Copy The Invitation to send out the invitation to your Zoom meeting.
