How to Create a Virtual Hangout Link

Are you ready to start your virtual lunch, happy hour, or coffee? The first step is to get your Zoom video link. We’ve included step-by-step instructions below on how to do just that. Once you’ve got it setup and a time/date nailed down, submit your Virtual Hangout Here and we’ll help you get people there.

With Zoom

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. Click Meetings, and click Schedule A New Meeting.
   
3. Select the meeting options. 
4. Click Save to finish.
5. Select Copy The Invitation to send out the invitation to your Zoom meeting.
6. Paste the copied link in the ‘Link to Join’ field of your virtual hangout event Here.
