  • Bio: Meaghan McElroen is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Compulsive and Emotional Eating Wellness Coach. But earlier in life, she struggled with body issues and unhealthy eating habits. Meaghan has overcome these challenges and she is fired up to help you conquer them too. She is passionate about teaching women how to have life-changing freedom around food by ditching the diet and using insight instead of willpower.
